Purchase terms and licence

These terms apply to Zaimu purchases made by consumers. In one line: you pay once, the app is yours, you have 14 days to return it and your data never leaves your device.

1. Who sells and who grants the licence

The licence to use Zaimu is granted by Inversiones F. Martínez Requena, S.L. (Sociedad Unipersonal) (Tax ID B72377039, Avda. Micaela Aramburu de Mora, 5, 11500 El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, Spain; contacto@zaimuapp.es), «Zaimu» below.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record: it collects the price, calculates and remits the applicable VAT or local tax, issues the receipt and handles refunds. You will see its details as the seller during checkout. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.

2. What you buy

  • One-time payment (Base, Advanced and the Base-to-Advanced upgrade): a perpetual licence to use the features of that tier, with no subscription. Each tier's features are described on the purchase page and in the app.
  • Pro (optional, monthly or annual subscription): only for extras with a real recurring cost (for example sync, exchange rates or AI analysis) as they become available. If you do not subscribe or you cancel, you keep everything you bought with a one-time payment.

The final price, taxes included and in your currency where possible, is shown before you pay. There are no hidden charges.

3. Delivery: the licence key

After payment you receive a licence key by email. Enter it in the app (Premium tab) to unlock your tier. Delivery is immediate and digital; nothing is shipped. You may use the licence on your own devices for personal use. If you lose the key, write to contacto@zaimuapp.es with the email used for the purchase.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw and receive a full refund, without giving a reason and without having to waive this right to start using the app. Details and the model form are on the withdrawal and refunds page.

5. Statutory guarantee and conformity

Zaimu's digital content must conform to its description. You have the conformity rights granted by consumer law (Spanish consolidated consumer protection law, arts. 115 bis et seq., implementing EU Directive 2019/770), which these terms do not limit: if Zaimu does not work as described you are entitled to have it brought into conformity and, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. For a single supply of digital content the liability period is two years.

6. Updates

We keep the app working with reasonably recent browsers and operating systems. Features that belong to your tier will not be removed or moved to a higher paid tier. We may add new features in other tiers.

7. Pro subscription: renewal and cancellation

  • It renews automatically every month or year at the displayed price until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from the receipt link or Lemon Squeezy's management page; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • We will notify you before any price change and it will not apply to a period you have already paid.
  • The 14-day withdrawal right also applies to your first Pro purchase.

8. Your data

Zaimu keeps your financial data only on your device. We do not receive it. For the purchase, Lemon Squeezy processes your email, country and payment data as an independent controller. More in the privacy policy.

9. Permitted use

The licence is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell or publish keys or bypass licence validation. If we detect abuse (for example a key shared publicly) we may deactivate it, notifying you first whenever possible.

10. Complaints and governing law

Write to contacto@zaimuapp.es and we reply within 10 working days. If you are not satisfied you may go to consumer arbitration boards and to the courts of your place of residence: as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. These terms are governed by Spanish law.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change them, the new terms apply to purchases made after the update date. Your purchase is governed by the terms in force on the day you made it.
